Wemimo Oluwalade is the Managing Consultant of BW Capital Limited. He is a graduate of Accounting from Ogun State University and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He holds an M.Sc. Degree in Energy Studies specialising in Energy Finance from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy, (CEPMLP) University of Dundee, in United Kingdom.

His work experience of over a decade spans with Zenith Bank Plc and Skye Bank Plc where he was involved in providing advisory services and project finance on Transport Infrastructure, Power Projects, Energy Policy, Public Private Partnership transactions, corporate audit and compliance, banking operations, credit review and relationship management.

Joseph Okoh is the Chief Operating Officer of BW Capital Limited. A graduate of Geography from the University of Portharcourt and an MBA in Marketing from Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma and an M.Sc. in Financial Services, Risk and Operations from the Glasgow Caledonian University, Glasgow, United Kingdom.

His work experience and skill acquisition began from Continental Trust Bank, Bank PHB, Spring Bank Plc and Fin Bank Plc where he had responsibilities covering customer services, business development, relationship management, branch management, retail banking and credit & marketing.

Kanya Williams is the Head, Advisory unit of BW Capital Limited. A graduate of Economics from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and holds an M. Sc. in Energy Studies specialising in Oil and Gas Economics from Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy, (CEPMLP) University of Dundee in United Kingdom.

He began his working career in investment banking cutting through retail, corporate and public sector banking, project finance, sales and  marketing and oil & gas commercial strategies in various financial institutions in Nigeria including International Merchant Bank, FSB International Bank, Fidelity Bank, Alpine Investment Limited and Skye Bank Plc

Juliet Martins acts as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser. She is a law graduate from the University of Benin and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. Her prior work experience had been with the Benue Cement Company, Gboko and E.K. Ashiekaa and Co.

Banji Ajijola is the lead Faculty. A graduate of Political Science from Nigeria’s pioneer University, the University of Ibadan and also obtained an M.Sc. Degree in Oil and Gas Management from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee in United Kingdom.

He has over twenty years work experience in Oil and Gas industry training, human capital management, research & development and corporate services.
